Remote PC Services, ACS can now fix your computer via a secure, remote access connection. You no longer have to disconnect your computer and take it out of your home to be fixed. With your permission, ACS can remotely connect to your PC and fix your computer issues while you're online. Remote PC Cleanup Service is $89.95 and it includes items that enhance the computer's performance such as cookies, defrag, virus/spyware scan and disk cleanup.

ACS Software Cleanup will enhance the computer's performance by cleaning up and defragmenting the hard drive, virus/spyware scanning and cleanup. Our virus/spyware/malware or any other malicious software removal and repair has a 48 hour warranty. Software Cleanup is only $125.

Basic Formatting includes the re-installation of your current operating system with the latest updates. Simply supply a valid license key, media and software drivers. If you’d like additional media installed: graphic programs, printers, etc., additional charges may apply. Basic Formatting starts at $175.

These services are completed at your local ACS Retail Center*. Your PC will be in professional hands and great care is taken to make sure your PC is handled carefully. If you’re in need of these PC Services, call or bring your computer tower to an ACS Retail Center.

*ACS has Internet Help Desk Technicians at these ACS Retail Center locations: Detroit Lakes, Park Rapids, Parkers Prairie, Perham, Twin Valley, Wadena and Walker. You may also drop your PC off at the Battle Lake, Hawley, Henning or Staples Retail Centers, however additional time may be needed to perform these services. Your PC may be taken to a central ACS location if additional services are needed to fix the PC. PC’s can not currently be dropped off at the Bigfork Retail Center.
