User Options
The user options menu allows you to change your greetings, record your name, define your passcode, create distribution lists, select call scheduling options, and listen to the user tutorial.
Press 8 or U to access User Options from the main menu
Greetings, Name, and Passcode
The user options menu allows you to change your greetings, name, and passcode at any time. From the user options menu, press:

4 or G to change your Greeting(s)

6 or N to record your Name

7 or P to change your Passcode
User Tutorial
You can go through the user Tutorial again at any time by pressing 8 or T.
Distribution Lists
A distribution list allows you to record a single message and then send it to a large number of people without addressing them all individually. You can use distribution lists whenever you make a message or give a message to someone else.
To create a distribution list, press:

5 or L from the user options menu to make a List, then enter the number of the distribution list. (All personal distribution lists must begin with the number 0)

6 or N to record a Name for the distribution list (e.g., "product planning committee"). The system will play this name each time you address messages to this distribution list
To modify a distribution list, press:

2 or A then the numbers or names of the users you wish to Add to the list

3 or D then the numbers or names of the users you wish to Drop members from the list

9 or X to Exit to the main menu

7 or P to Play the list of members you have selected
